Does plunder decrease by a couple bill when HF spy towers are placed? And does plunder decrease once tower is placed? Or does it decrease each upgrade ?

You buy them to combine with nomad arrows to vote for a specific EE team. If your team wins, you gain more arrows which (at the end of the event) will be converted into prizes.
How do you find out how much you need in allies to be at Mp? And if you don't know the formula, how much would an SH a bit smaller than me need?
Its not 12b for everyone, skippy. For smaller players it's less than bigger players. The best plan is to buy 1b in allies...and attack an EB. Look at your "plunder bonus". Record that amount in your head, or paper if you're a forgetful player. Hire another ally. Hit again. If that number goes up, you are not at max plunder. Keep hiring. Test. Until that number stops rising. Read Yarmes' thread on this for more details. It's very nice.
Guys would someone with 1-2 mil Attack stats and the rest is Spy stats still considered a Hansel Build? Coz I am those type of Hansels who believe in 1 Attack Building but I'm thinking of putting a bit more attack for a bit more plunder and also see some hansels with more attack stats than a regular hansel should have?
that is hybrid territory. nothing really wrong with doing that, but i am not a fan. if you are going to be a hansel or "hanselish" your strength is your spies. the more you put into troops, the weaker you are making your build. just an opinion tho. do what you like.
Not much though. If you want to just EB I suggest you grow your build not your BFA. BFA helps a little during EBs and is a target for PvP. BFA is the best for EE wars and thats really it unless you just bash little people that cant strip you if they tried. But thats not PvP. In order of Importance: EB: Build, Bfa, Bfe PvP: Bfe, Build, Bfa EE: Bfa, Bfe, Build
@Kev Although word IS correct, a hansel is by definition less than 25% troop buildings and 75% + spys. So by definition: 74 lands/4 =18.5 18 attack buildings are the max you can have while being considered "hansel" Just quick math (you can do actual math) say that you have 18 temples. Thats about 10.8/10.8/8.6/8.6 as HFBC with 18 temples, 7 trees, 25 vols, 24 sos. (This is a rough estimate bc my build calculator isnt working) You could LOOK like an attack heavy hybrid and plunder like an attack build while having the spy power of a hansel but you would fall under hansel mechs.
