Two of my strongest allies have 2.9mil and 9mil in AP, but I only get 2.3mil per hit from AP...

Your smaller one gives 900k not 9 mil. The eb you're hitting will also affect it. I get 19m bonus from Haunting and above, but less than 10 for anything below Depraved.

MissBehave also takes drugs which impair or increases her plunder bonus.

You need more gold in ally's to max your plunder. Around 1 billion in ally's will max your plunder for the next few upgrades.
