It could take up to 48hrs to get a response, and if you've sent multiple emails within a short amount of time, it's likely you will have to wait longer for a response.
Or longer. I recall one time that ATA lost my emails for about a month while we were in the middle of fixing a problem :lol:

They've been trying to ban Spragga for years, but he won't let them. The castle code can be found after exploring 25 lands and appears as the "Upgrade" button on your castle. While Swabia may not be freed, I suggest making a bargain for him. Possibly $3.50.
It depends on multiple factors, activity, stats, clan, sentimental value, etc. Normally you can determine your own rule after ally trading for a while but it all depends. I believe there are some guides on ally trading that may help, or more experienced traders then myself.
Trading allies in general is difficult there's many factors to allow for as "market price" fluctuates depending on what the current rate of gold flow is. Currently the market of 100-400b is going strong. These well priced allies ranged from the low 2m cs up to and beyond 8m cs at the top of the bracket. But then again activity and rate of growth changes how much the ally is "worth" sometimes it's up to how much the buyer is willing to pay.
