Yes, they still were earlier this week. Email them with the name of the account you lost, your mochi username, a guess of when your account was created, and the last time you logged into it. If you made any purchases with the account, including what you bought and when you did will help I'm sure.
I've always heard that hybrids are the best build for EB's. I would say hansels are a close second if they can use troops.
