It's because of the "and" sign, I suspect.

 

New, you aren't using the link I posted on the last page. You have to take the link from your name and go to that site, then paste the link you into the bar and click shorten. Copy the new link it gives you and put that in the url code 

What does wc sand for (I don't mean world chat) in relation to war

 

Does FOD need to be completed to open up new haunt

 

WoC means wave of conflict, WC is not a term used in wars from what I've seen. In my year of ee and 2 years of past wars I honestly don't recall anything by WC in war terms. And my guess is yes, you have to finish FoD as the new eb's description picks up right after you complete FoD.

 

WC means War Commander
