I think you can hit it without using many pots, if any, but not 100% sure.

 

You could hit haunt with your first hit. After that you'd need pots. Holy Wrath at least. Probably the more expensive Summon Undead. If you get in on the item phase then you will make a profit.

I advise adding some lvl4 guilds to boost your Allies Bonus to ensure your haunt profit. Until then, best to stick with Ambush. You're almost there

 

Unicorn I only have 1 COE I hit haunting just fine with holy wrath.
