    scrolling/still lines - I have no clue.

  2. I believe that scrolling/still lines refers to the length of the thread. Any thread with at least 30 posts is a scrolling thread. any less than 30 is a still one(30 posts = 3 full pages).

    This is a belief though, I'm not entirely sure.

  5. The i on a thread means it's international. Its a global announcement, so both servers on forums see it. Only the developers can place that on a thread.
