In fact, not all your raw stats will depend on troop levels, the castle and towers will give you static raw stats. Bonus percentages (might be as high as 50%) will add nicely to those.

I did write some spreadsheet based calculator to compute all those stats, feel free to download it (it's hidden somewhere in the strategy forum).
