As someone who bought all the propacks and reset 4 times...I don't believe the permanent item bonuses do anything to increase your stats. In theory, it's worth it but in actuality I don't feel I have any advantage over someone my size with no bonuses. I have asked the devs REPEATEDLY on the issue and either get a non-answer or no reply at all. I wish I never would have spent a dime or reset. There is my 2 cents.
