I've checked your stats and his stats. You're twice as strong as him, you should easely be able to handle him? Is he really a problem for you? If I were you I would be thankful if he's volontering to be your farm... 

The best way is if you build a guild and upgrade it to lv 2. Someone help me vollye him a little. 
