Re: Modern Republic God am I soooooo glad I went to bed early last night...if I'd stayed up n read all that drivel last night I woulda went off! Sheesh..i'm actually proud of wrecks tho...didn't know he had that much restraint in him! Yarg! Sounds like the WoaD situation is a good example of the two ways people see allies in this game...some buy them intending to trade them higher for a profit. Some though, buy them for the plunder and stat bonus which means they want to keep them. When these two philosophies collide there can be some serious friction and missunderstandings. I personnally have had several allies bought off me that five minutes later had been volleyed so high that they were as highly priced as myself! As a side note, from my own experience, being volleyed can be a very bad thing for the person being volleyed...I actually considered reseting after it was done to me, except i ran into some nice folks (named Modern Republic) that have helped me get my stats going again. Oh and CUBuffs! Yeah! Floggin Molly and Dropkick Murphys!!! Woot! Love those guys...i'm also old enough to really appreciate U2 from back in the days of the war and boy albums haha.
