  2. I actually really like this. I assume players would then need to have an "Effective Combined Stats" indicator to know what brackets they fall under for eligibility and/or scaling to account for the bfe/bfa. One minor issue with implementation would be determining the "best" equipment each player has for each slot for those calculations to prevent abuse, as well as locking up the ability to buy allies and build/tear down buildings as soon as clan/player opts into a war (depending on the war type).

    E.g
    0-249,99m
    250-399,999m
    400- 599,999m
    600-899,999m
    900m

    Total clan cs fits into a bracket and is matched to another clan in that bracket.
    No mismatches and allows everyone to war.
     
  4. Total Clan CS would be misleading in some aspects, and the premise as a whole I guess unless there were limits on the percentage of BFE and BFA allowed in your stats during the war. Otherwise you'd have players with a barracks (to rub salt in the wound) and a level one guild with either safe BFA or just equipment. If you thought towers were bad, that would be worse due to the attacking potential, as well as everyone else needing to be the same way or fight at a disadvantage (think mid-level clans going up against the leaderboard). Also, in the total clan CS set-up, there would be an optimal amount of players to field into the war, and anyone spreading the stats out too much or too little would be at a disadvantage as well, so I don't know if it would be without flaw.
     
  5. This would not fix anything due to clans already being matched by total CS. Creating a bracket in the manner you suggested would not stop roster stacking. The bracket would have to be applied to each build in the roster, something like:
    0-4mil CS per player (including bfe/bfa)
    4-10mil
    10-20mil
    20-35mil
    35-50mil
    50-70mil
    and so on.

    Once the roster is made then they can be matched based on CS.

    Thank you night hawk for the thread.

    Coming quickly to the topic. After a long perview of many thread. I would suggest to give unique constructive idea of matchmaking of clan wars. So here is the idea.

    1. It will indi-primal or indi-round war concept.
    Why i said indi-primal or indi-round war, it is because dev will have control over the clan roaster. This will help in avoiding stack clan roaster.

    2. Now here is the brief about signup and matching up.
    A. This would be a clan war of 15 members max.
    B. To qualify for the clan war each clan has to signup with 25 members.
    C. Dev will filter the qualified first 15 members for clan war jst like indi wars. This way stacking of roaster will b controlled. Remaining 10 members will b automatically and distrubuted for indi wars.

    D. Clan signing less then 25members goes for indi wars.

    E. Stacked roaster/big roaster/small roaster clan where clan war matchup fails goes for indi wars.

    This is jst to get those round wars with fair match up.

    Support or No Support to more wars?
    State your reason as u see fit n not just a revisit to past war issues pls

    My idea is weekend war tourneys every 2-3 mths. Reason being once a year is not much since there r now 10-15 other events yearly. Its to create a lil more balance essentially.

    Edit:
    offseason war simply not enough incentive n basically only about EE renewal for many.
     
  16. Profiles can have war stats added.

    Maybe building tokens can be won but say it takes a 10 war win streak n be a hard to win.
    LB would get another prize idk what though.

    Just a couple ideas to ponder
     
  17. I think they should give new land for wars so you have buy land an build building plus that would not mess wit your current building set up
     
  18. Well if my idea of weekend clan war tourneys was adopted it could rotate around from LL to HL to HF to Abyss n would mitigate stacking.
    It also removes any tiering idea needed n ppl know what is in store.

    I realize all ppl r not Abyss nor HF complete but it would help as far as Round War format prolly being less a hassle for match ups. Even BFE/BFA could factor in in some way idk.

    Anyone care to pick that apart or tweak?

    I've been thinking over builds and war outcomes, I have a very strong feeling of small tanks and ps. Essentially we would be having remake of the season 2 turtle wars
