I don't get it do u have to type the ( )'s and the other stuff to get the thing u want and how doesnt the code show up with ur message??

 

Most forums and bulletin boards are configured to automatically change the code into color, quotes, lists, and ect. That's why it's called BBCode. BB stands for Bulletin Board.
