    This proposal means the devs will need to tier S5 so as War clans n WC drafted clans can compete within their ranges. I know the devs r not keen...

    Its both war clans n a quasi Indi format. Indi side is cast WOC n get drafted by allocated WC's.

    Works for me but how to define who is a tracker so as devs can spread around the clans? We all know our WC's n Trackers in our current tiers. Q...

    Not necessarily... Tiering spreads out builds n helps avoid very uneven rosters. Similar to IWar generated rosters now. WC's take turns drafting....

    One flaw u might see is exploit rosters can still be entered. I don't have a solution for that but others might have ideas that can solve it....
