    Around land 19-20 start building guilds level 4. From land 4-18 goes by pretty quickly if you do despair and forgotten ones.

    fastest way to gain gold/ and do quest at the same time

    Join a clan and do epic battles, if you can not attack during the time of the Epic Battle (like The forgotten ones), quest.
