Just checked, pretty sure it's 27.92b >_> according to wulfs guide. Level four guild is 195,505,000*
A level 4 guild sells for exactly 195,050,000 gold. A level 3 SoS costs 27.69b exact (either that or 27.96b, I don't remember exact).
