Yes a ally lb tells the strongest. But overall is meant for the tops. people that have built up. Overall should be there. And not change.
The Overall Lb is meant for bests in pretty much every single category.higher the ranks the higher the LBs. Clan rank has a different calculation...

Does anyone know the Rate of this anymore? Per say acc A has 100b and I want to transfer to acc B. How much would acc B end up with?
They should not get their wins back. They gained at least a few thousand wins Every hour. That's not realistic with troops
