    And yes, a forge hansel with 31m attack bfa can successfully hit full troops on Haunting. I am unsure whether irt goes for unloads too.

    31m real stats allows a successful first hit - attack and defense. Whatever that may be in BTA. I believe full unloads on spies from 7 guilds up...
