Well, since you are fairly small and look to already be guild based, I'd say stick to guilds.
Guild hansels don't make the best plunder, they just make an exceptional amount of plunder while costing less than 1b p/unit.
Bfa adds to your raw stats, divide your bfa by 50 to see the strength that would be added to your cs or bta.
Take the troop cap multiply by the soldier's stat then divide by 50.
