no it isn't. you need 31mcs raw BFA/BFE which is a statice bonus, if you have that bonus to atk, you can hit haunting 100% with almost no fails....
to my knowledge, SoS has a plunder drop until it levels out around 2/3 through conversion. subs pay better than forges, aviaries beat subs, and...
