    My theory is: it's random and max actions. Also one player can't have 2 perm drop from epics ( never seen it) so u should limit members already...

    In addition you must won city if death first to have items drop to use for the epic "figure of death". The plunder for FoD EB is so big 400b...

    Currently I saw only 1 clan did the figure of death, completed with over 9h left, over 400b plunder so it's must be great payout items reward....
