    If kaw deletes inactive accounts it's not the users fault so kaw should refund 100%

  17. Tou says it's not yours or the person using the account, devs that have ownership. And if they decide to terminate a account they don't have to give compensation they can because you agreed to the tou.

    Just be happy you get some gold back :| and do yourself a favour and hire active allies instead
