I disagree with your strategy... First off there are usually no active ppl below 35 billion, which means you go to events active wars and look around for a underpriced ally that will get sold. [ usually need 1bil plus] If ur below that look on WC and find someone who is active at the time bc at least they'll get sold ul make some money and can buy a better ally
Oh sorry let me rephrase what I said first post, there aren't usually active ppl below 35 BIL on first few pages of battle list
