So, I'm writing a book to actually publish it, and yeah. Would you read a book called Oppidum Pecularis? On the back it says.... 5 Friends On a mission 4 Days To save the world 3 Disasters Testing their survival 2 Betrayals Breaking their trust 1 Sacrifice To end it all 0 Room For Error On the last one I might do "0 Chance of Survival." So, would you read it? Also - any help is appreciated to fine-tune the lines, and it will of course be in fancy text. I'm working on the paragraph on the back, if any. Comment below, thanks guys!
5friends 4days 3disasters 2betrayals 1sacrifice 0room for error. There's this christmas song that goes On the twelfth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me 12 Drummers Drumming, 11 Pipers Piping, 10 Lords-a-Leaping, 9 Ladies Dancing...2 Turtle Doves, And a Partridge in a Pear Tree. Your book reminds me of this song. Does Oppidum Pecularis perchance have anything to do with christmas?
I like that idea, an underground town. The number count down you should tweak unless you want it to remind people of christmas.
How does the last one sound? Would you like it better if it was the other option, the "0 Chance of Survival"
Re: Would you I like it but... not the title sorry it sounds a little weird to me but that could be just me
I don't really find 0 on the back appealing, but that's just me. Also maybe think of a English title cuz by reading that little back and Latin title, thereader will be confused.
If I saw it, I'd pick it up, but the back cover count down should have a relevance to the story, if that's a glimpse of your style then yea, it's great!
