After T5 reduced price with no refund to players who played longer time (and spent more money!!!) is here fundamental question: "is valuable build any T6 building, if devs nex year will again reduce price of T6 web introducing T7" When devs first reduced T4 then old ppl pissed, but it's not big difference - just few hundreds of billions; with reducing T5 is difference 1.5 T ..... how much will be with reducing T6 in future??? 10 T???? Applause for devs .... interesting policy
It's standard policy to help the newest players catch up with older players. No one forces you to buy land, buildings, or even log into the game... All choices. Devs made a choice to help the newest players. In their thread several points about law's middle class were raised and KawComm said they'd take the concerns to the devs. In the end, it doesn't matter, but in the meantime, perhaps they will give a more global gold refund (don't hold your breath).
You have a point Soul. If you bank your gold in bars or pots and buy buildings only when prices have dropped by 50%, you earn a significant gain. Sure you have to be patient .
Just bank the gold and don't bother to upgrade, changes are most of us won't care in a year at the pace this games going downhill
so stay small and useless but with stash of gold is good? Devs lowered the gap - thats all. IMO well done. People who spent on t5 mostly earned the gold back trough higher plunder anyway...
t5 upgrades have little to no effect on plunder. Please know about game mechanics before you comment
I'd say yeah just save up in bfa or bank other ways till reduction then get it at half the cost woohoo No reason to worry about about it with the huge hike in stats t6 lvl 4-5 give ull be dtw to hf bc builds soon enough
I didnt said they had "big" impact did I? All i said was "mostly" earned that gold trough increased plunder. And if you can add 1+1 then you realize that with only t4 and no t5 at all there is quiet BIG plunder increase regardless. And this game hardly got any mechs to talk or think about anyway so please....
There is a good reason not to grow. During the last big osw I was in, I was able to hit well up in the leaderboard (high was about #50 at that time). But I was too big to hit some of the guild hansel banks we stripped. The ranges between giant and small accounts are just going to get bigger. So I'd say that mid sized accounts that have the largest hit range will be the best accounts to have and use in OSW. If you are active of course.
And anyways maj, everybody can play the way she/he likes ... For example I play for having fun and spending my time hitting eb to build buildings is not my notion of entertainment. But I ackowledge that such an attitude is that of a minority in the current KaW system.
This is one of the stupidest things I've heard... They are trying to help the lower people overcome the huge gap between the bigger people, cuz most aren't even close to hflc or even near it, let alone HFBC. Since people are there already, it makes it easier for the lower people to become HLBC to have a chance to make up for lost time. I know older people are really mad about this still, but it's something you have to accept. Just go along with it like nothing happened, since it doesn't affect you!!!
There was no plunder increase lol.... To earn the 1.5-2t lost even with a 10m increase (that didn't exist) thats 150,000-200,000 hits to make the gold back (break even). Your statement is invalid
Its funny how everyone always seems to say that this game is going downhill and not going to last. People were saying that four years ago and look... kaw is still alive and more or less well off.
Although, the Devs should post their intentions NOW for T7. Will they be on new lands or a tear down of T6 buildings ???
