why am i still silence

  1. Last night I just email support@athinkingape.com my email and I didn't get unsilence, can anyone tell me when if you know. Please reply  i really want to be unsilence sorry that i broke the rule i won't do it again, this thing teaches me a lesson so don't break rules you'll be like me

  2. You have to tell them your username, what game you play (KaW), and ask nicely to be unsilenced...

  3. This can be one of many reasons:
    1. They haven't read it yet
    2. They didn't care that you are silenced
    3. They denied your appeal.

    Be patient and learn your lesson

  5. Has it been 24 hours? 48 hours? One week? One month?

    Removal of silence is not guaranteed. It all depends on the devs and yourself
