I work at a wearhouse, it's a 10h shift and im always on my feet. Been working there for 4y. I make $25 an hour. So I'm being paid good. So why do you guys do for a living?
I do gardening. I organize my own shifts and get €10 an hour. Not bad supposing I can't tell the difference between a Dandelion and a Daffodil! It's only part time whilst I'm "thinking about my future".
A place I hate, lol. Had to leave my family and live in a tight motel, strict company policies about alcohol or drugs. loads of paperwork everyday, often times leaving me to have to use HOURS of my personal time to complete tasks. I get to see my family on special holidays and there's almost no time for them to come see me. My superiors are very condesending and demanding and very quick to give unsatisfactory reviews despite my outstanding regular performance. I have to pay ungodly amounts to work here, so occasionally I'll have to pick up a part time job as my job pays 0$ an hour. Because it's school
I install synthetic turf, scrap metal and for two more years, high school. It's hard and I have long shifts but I make $9/hr for turf, a lot for scrapping in dumpsters and $-10000000 for school. I'm saving up for a truck.
I'm that guy that stands outside parking lots making sure you have the right permits to park here. I basically get paid min wage to stand outside in freezing temperatures.
