  11. Simple answer: We don't know when the next HTE promo is. The devs do not give heads up on when they do them.

  13. If I was gonna do a the promo, it would either be at the half way point of season 4 where people's gold is running low or a few days after season 4 ends when people are looking to get back to growth etc.

    That's what seems to make sense to me from a business standpoint, although I may end up being completely wrong.
