WHEN SHOULD I ENCHANT?

  4. Its all luck and chance imo. I enchanted my greaves all the way up and no fails all at once, not such luck on bow. So its all luck and chance.

  5. It doesn't matter, usually immediately if you have the resources.

  7. I prefer to stockpile a **** ton of aqua/inferno, then enchant.
