when do i convert to t3

  1. I have 17 land and want to know when do i switch to tier 3 buildings or keep forges till i get 20 lands or more?

  4. Get your plunder bonus up then start converting each building to t3 level 2 (one at a time) then bring them up to level 3 once all t2 are t3
