What the hell? How can a dtw player attk me n won?! Im at 100% troops ! Our cs is almost same but my question is how can a dtw player attack me while i cannot?! This is unfair !! It should be i am too strong for him ! This is unfair!! ATA must fix this ! -_- i really angry right now !

I believe a player who is dtw can still attack you as long as he has troops! If he managed to win attacks against you, it could be that he attack using full pots or mith- that could be the reason why you lost the attack! That also means that you're within his hit range! Hope this answers your question!
So basically the dtw player is invincible against op? not sure if it's a loophole. seems unfair and like it could be abused
If a player goes DTW it does not mean he's invincible. As long as he has 19% troops or below, he cannot be attacked. But if he has 20% or more spies, he is normally open for steals too. Also, he can always be scouted! The attacker would have to wait for the dtw player to regen up to 20% troops or more so that he can attack the "DTW'ed" player using troops again!
Most builds will go dtw to attack when they have under 20% troops. This allows someome who is constantly being hit to stand a chance. Defender too weak can mean the game mechanics wont let you hit them at this current time due to certain conditions, or they are really small. But if they can hit you, you can hit them
Maybe he had full or near full troops but no gold out? Attack builds attacking kingdoms with no gold out will get the dtw message.
I'm pretty sure you can still attack people with 0 gold. It's stealing that will do Dtw if no gold out.
anyway, what you are experiencing now will only happen with small stats, the more stats you have the bigger the difference between 100% and 20%
