I couldn't find am answer to this so I decided to make this. If you think you got wrongfully silenced (I'm not complaining about a silence) and put in a ticket and it turns out that you were, what happens in the way of silence tiers? I know my silence will be over before support get back to me, but what happens if it turns I shouldn't of been silenced but get silenced in the next 30 days, is it a one day silence as I shouldn't of originally been silenced, or a 7 day silence as the account has been silenced within the last 30 days even if wrongfully done. Or has the whole silence length to amount of offences committed changed. Once again not complaining about a silence, just curious to what happens.
If the silence is deemed wrongful then it will be removed completely. So if it were your first silence it would be removed and it was like you were never silenced at all, to include the strike against your account.
