This isn't such a big issue or a problem and I don't know if this has already been seen. It used to cost 26 speakers to post something in WC Announcements but now it costs 31 speakers. Another sneaky way for the devs to make just a bit more cash!
Nah. I've seen this before. The amount of speakers it costs to post a WC announcement will go up if there are a lot of people posting them.
If there is a wait time, the price is higher. There is a wait time when there are a lot of other World Announcements currently being ran. In a few-15 minutes, there should be no wait time and it will cost 26 speakers again. It has been that way for a long time.
