Yes, HLBC means High Land Build Complete. It refers to having explored and built on all 25 lands in the highland.
Go to forums, strategy, the Kaw Handbook and have a read. The thread is what it says, a handbook. This will help explain the game to you and what people are talking about if you surf forums yourself you'll find plenty of guides to help you along your way! Also if you're in a clan your clan mates can help answer your questions good on you for taking an interest! Hope I helped
wats are a measure wat, which is cousin to an electrical Watt, he is a troublemaker, because he isnt full grown yet ! HLBC, HeLlo Be Calm, too many players are super stressed out, so we tell them to take a chill pill by using that shortened term !
HLBC is High Land Build Complete. HLBC is two parts; 25 highlands (HL) and build complete (BC). Build complete is every building is t4, however a t5 HLBC will have half t5 and half t4, as t5 is only buildable on highlands.
Yeppers. What the guy above me said. These days, you are hearing t4bc or t5bc to denote the differences between the two tiers of buildings. Which is misnomer in itself since a bc spy with volatiles would only be a t3bc and an SOS spy would be a t2bc but I suppose we shouldn't get all technical about it, eh?? /lock
