Sorry to burst your bubble, but towers at your level are pretty useless. And now you have no troops and no way to make money! Maybe it's time to reset again, get an initial volley, use the money to build some T2 troops buildings and buy some allies for plunder. Grow in the normal fashion, start worrying about having a war build later.
Omg that is the funniest build I've ever seen, lmao. You can't make any gold at all with that build unless you allie trade and do quests. How do you expect to war when you can't attack anyone in any manner? Zero actions in war will get you farmed for your quest gold! ha ha
I would say, grow a lot, may take a year or so, but once you do you will make a large amount of mithril
