Yes, it is possible, but not likely. That stat range is so small and not many clans sign up down there. Probability depends on the ones casted. How experienced are they? How dedicated are they? Are they potted - enough to make it through? -ADP? Are they mithed? What about equipment? If you have a well trained, and prepared clan, you have a good chance at winning, especially at that low of a range.
Singing up member with full war requirement... Like full mith, equipment, xtal n experienced... Main question is we will get a matchup or not with that stat ?
With just GH you will not get a match, if you took big GHT you might possibly get a match but chances would be slim.
