It's best to war against a clan with stronger members, the reason being that, while you are making 15 mil they are making 8 mil
that is true. but you need to have more experience members. the best player that i have warred with is highland complete with stats that are just barely high enough to hit people with max stats. so he gets more and they get less. BUT he is also a Kaw spazz and knows what the frick he is doing. wouldn't recommend it for most players.
