War Events/Building Questions

  1. I am a returning player so I have some questions. I do not wish to spend hours looking for answers, so I will ask them directly.
    1.) When are the system war tournaments?

    For my build-
    1.) What is a good hybrid build for just t4 buildings? So far I only have 4 lvl 3 t4 spy. How many do I need?
