I have a way that could be used with the recent put in silence and war ban. In forums after you post a message on a thread you have to wait a certain amount before posting another message. Obviously, this would affect war commanders and tracker during the war but spammers/alt users wouldn't be able to spam as much .. The time could be shortened or longed depending on the situation like for example ... If one was spamming there would be no time to send a message but once reported it would take the user a certain amount of time to post a message again and if he kept on doing it he would get more and more time and then after a month or so the time would be erased for the user or not at all ..... I think it would take up less time then the user being war banned. Just an idea... And as always can be fixed up Thanks forums
