I just read the beginning of US. It looks good. Not the best, but certainly promising. 7/10! Character idea: Katherine Heartstone Deth (or whatever the expert fighting group was called) 24 years old (in human terms, not sure how that would translate to the length of time elves live, basically she's a young adult) Her dad just disappeared one day for no reason and her mum went mad with stress/grief and hasn't been seen since (you could use that for a good sub-plot). Because of this, Katherine had to look after her younger brother and sister who then died in the dragon siege (or whatever it was called). Basically, this means that she is determined to have revenge on evil in general and gets into a sort of fury mode whenever she fights in a big battle and kills everything in sight. Despite all the anger locked away she can be very stealthy and can use a crossbow and hidden blades (assassin's creed style). But she mainly uses two VEEEERY sharp sickles, the points of which can pierce through a helmet or whatever if she brings it down hard on the enemies head. I think that's it, if you want any other info let me know.

Name: Kate Emberstone Side: Good Age: 14 Weapons: Longbow and arrows. Very accurate, never misses and can hit almost anything, even thin objects like tree branches. Has experience with swords, spears and daggers but prefers not to use them unless absolutely necessary Appearance: Tall and slim for a 14 year old girl, she has waist length blond hair. Her eyes are blue. She wears a purple jacket with blue jeans. She has armor that only covers her upper body. From mid-stomach down is unarmored and her arms are also unarmored to be able to move freely. Bio: Having journeyed to another dimension, Kate Emberstone has learned a great deal with most weapons. The material her bow and arrows and her longsword are made of cannot be destroyed by any known means. Her sword is sharp enough to shear through diamond as if it were butter. Her bow has an amazingly light feel to it. Both weapons cannot break. Her armor is also unbreakable. Any sword, spear, dagger, arrow etc will break upon hitting the armor. The armor is very hard to move in however, so Kate decided to leave all of it except the chest plate. Even so she finds it heavy and difficult to move in. Kate is afraid of dark places and loses ability to think rationally. Though she has skill with close range weapons like swords, she is no match for most other swordsmen and would be cut in half. She is looking for the source of her brother's disappearance. (Brother is evil but Kate doesn't know that. Brother's name is Darian Emberstone. Do whatever with him lol)
