I'm having trouble too. You can email support for assistance at support@athinkingape.com I was told to go to the "Home Screen" and tap "Apps". Then tap the "Store" icon in the upper right hand corner. Tap the menu button in the middle if you have the older kindle fire or tap the top left or bottom right box with the three horizontal lines. Then tap the "App updates" option on the new pop up menu. Tap the "update" icon to the right of the app you would like to update.
How about a bucket of water then put it in rice then find some Lava and put the rice and tablet into it
