Unlockable items and buidlings?

  1. It said in the update 'unlockable items and buildings' how can I see what they are? Or already unlock them

  4. It means that you need a certain number of land explored to get higher tier buildings such as an aviary, or sub. To my understanding it is 16 lands for tier3 buildings and 25 for tier4. 20 for high tier towers, and guilds I think.
