U must do eb to get $ use that $ to buy expensive ally......boom max plunder achived....u can check max plunder bonus before u buy....100bil and above is best....also it helps if ur allys are at least 10% of ur hire value....for instance I'm a great for acquiring plunder if u can afford my price
