Ok so here it is, finally. I have owned 3 clans until i figured it wasnt for me, but heres some of the things i learned that leads to a successful clan 1. Dedicate yourself, it takes time and effort 2. Post on wc a lot, this helps 3. Press battle and look for clanless people, ask them to join, if they have the required stats(if you have them) 4. Rules. You need these or some people you may find arent who you thought they were. 5. Make sure you can trust your admins. 6. Make sure your ready. 7. Go up in your levels of ebs, dont jump straight into T4-T6 start from T1 and work your way up This what i learnt, and it is my first forum post, so please, easy on the criticism.
