Tips for building up new recruits in your clan.

  1. Here is a fairly time-consuming, but effective way of building up new people in your clan to the point where they can hit eb's up to reckoning/origins and start making good money right away. I don't have my own clan but if I did and had enough time to put in, this is what I'd do.

    1) Finding Recruits

The best way is to just troll the 0-2 bil ally market at the price points in this guide http://forum.kingdomsatwar.com/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=36751 and just post on peoples wall telling them that you will answer any questions they have about the game and show them how to grow. I generally would stick the the first page of allies that comes up and only message the ones with 5-10kcs. You can also watch WC but there is a lot of competition there.

    2) Get rid of all the junk they have built

Get them to sell everything they've built unless its a guild or forge

    3) Volley them

Now volley them up as high as you are willing to risk and make sure they don't spend that money on anything.

    4) Volley with them

At this point, hopefully they have about 60 mil in the bank. You should have a few bil saved up as well. Choose an ally in the 20 mil range and volley them with the recruit until they can't afford it. Repeat this, going up one or two price brackets for each new ally. Keep on doing this until they have 1 bil dollars. If you are careful about who you volley, they should get hired from you in a couple days. This is the time-consuming part of the process, but if the recruit understands the concept of volleying it should only take about half an hour.

    5) Teach them how to grow

Get them to buy a 500 mil in allies and spend the rest on 10 forges, land and guilds.
Als, instruct them on how to hit eb's, especially the benefits of the item stage.

    6) Tell them what do build

Instruct them to only build guilds from now until llbc at which point you can get rid of all the forges and replace them with a coe.

Thats all I have figured out for now. I'm sure there are better ways, but anyone with a clan and a few billion can do this. It will save your new recruits from a few weeks of slow kawing and there is a much better chance they will stick with the game because they will actually make some money from the start.
