So I, like other players, fell victims to an error with the time that T4 prices were supposed to decrease and therefore lost gold. I have a screenshot of selling a T4 with the time at the top of my phone reading 11:55 am (and I live in PDT region). Despite this proof I provided to the devs expressing my disappointment, they claim they "are not able to do anything regarding this matter." All I am asking is for some compensation for an error they are 100% at fault and I feel completely disregarded by them as they simply brushed me off. If the devs said it was going to happen at 12:00 pm PDT, then it shud have been at that time. Devs need to follow through with what they say, and if they don't then they should compensate players for any losses.

Oh wow. What was the point, of waiting right up to the last couple of minutes? Unless you're not that knowledgeable about these games, servers are unreliable and can take anywhere from a couple of seconds, to hours to update. I think the devs most likely released it early, so it would come out right at 12.00pm, but the servers update quicker than they thought. Just give it a rest already... And give the devs a rest too.

I sold 5 T4s way in advance so NO I didn't knock them down at the last minute. And if that's the case, devs shud not give us an exact time of when changes like that happen. I was trying to take advantage of having my build up so I had the troops to make enough gold for these dang expensive T5s they released!
I sold one 2 mins before they were supposed to become half priced bc I messed up the difference in tzs. I was an hour off and I though I had an extra hour to sell.
As far as I know piz has a life to live, she isnt on here day in day out like some of you other losers, so it took her longerto save because, again she has a life outside the game, try putting down the iPhone once and a while and rejoin the real world.
I think devs are under new management to mess up a lot on this T5 and T4 stuff. Since t5 was out they mess up the stats after few outs it was out and now even the time zone?? Devs try to change who ever is in charge of this new update on T5 and T4 prices and stats. More like he's not capable of doing his job, dont take it personally but costumer is always right and our complain is legit! Happy kawing!
Just because your iPod's clock is 5 minutes off the dev's, doesnt mean u deserve compensation. So calm down and be more cautious next time.
Alright so you expect devs to keep times exact as your specific clock? Remember it took an ungodly amount of time for achievement bonuses? And you expect them for 50% bonus on an exact second? And further stil, you use your own clock that may or may not be in line with whatever the devs clock that they use(d). It all makes perfect sense! (not.)
