This is simply a poem that came to me in my geography lesson. I toyed around with it for the rest of the day, and here is the result; "The Wind On The Fetch" I've chosen this life, Of solitude vow, To dance with the sea, Alone with my passion. To go with the tide, As a free soul, My vessel my castle, The sea as my guide. Up comes a wave, And we'll say heave, ho! Over she'll go, Soon to do battle gain. Whatever I lose, I can travel and find, I have all I want, So I'll just take it day by day. Whatever may happen, And however I stand, The wind on the fetch, Will carry me Home.
