Dundwin once again found himself at an orphanage. Because he was 17, he was forced to watch after the small brats as they fought over a ball. Just another day at Saint Authindrus orphanage for troubled boys. You could call dunedwin pretty troubled, to say the least. Nobody alive knows where he disappears to during the night, but he always returns in the morning. Except on one day. He never showed up. The orphanage watcher Sigmund was baffled, dunedwin always arrived at the same time. He sent the guards looking for him. Little did he know, they would find him. -------- Midnight, 7 hours before usual return -------- Dunedwin crouched behind the tombstone, straining his ears to hear the arguments of two spirits. "It's mine! Mother left it to me!" A young sounding male voice said. "Your mother isn't here! Now listen to your father, and give me the essence!" a much rougher voice shouted out. "perfect" was dunedwins initial thought when he stepped out of his place of hiding. "Begone spirit talker, I will not have you interrupt!" Said the older ghost. "I know a ritual that can cause this essence to please both of you, if you wish" Dunedwin told them. "No! My fool of a father got us both killed! I will not let him have happiness after death!" Dunedwins face turned very stern "You have no right to impart judgement, you have no authority." Suddenly, the younger spirit wailed loudly and disappeared. "That idiot got himself banished. I warned him about it, but he didn't listen" the older ghost stated. "The essence is yours now, be at peace" Dunedwin waved his hand, and the ghost faded to a dim glow, no more light than a single nightly star would give. "Nab him boys! We have a necromancer within our reach!" large hands covered with thick leather gloves grabbed a hold of dunedwins thin figure easily, subduing him in a matter of seconds.
