After a few months of obsessive ally shopping and button mashing I have finally made it into the top 10 on the overall lb. I have done this despite not starting kaw until January, going to 0 allies in March (my thanks to NAG for that) and spending minimal $ (I bought the pro packs in March and spent a total of $30 on crystals which I promptly wasted in ignorance). I even took a few breaks where I ceased my relentless pounding out of 400 wins per day. It is not easy, but the lb is in fact achievable without mass spending of real money. I say this because I have seen so many posts of jaded players throwing in the towel & claiming the game has been ruined by the big spenders. To that I say bull honkey. Also... tmh ... I think my current rank should prove the value of spy wins Thank you all of you who helped me along the way. Now, if I am truly smart, I really should take a break ... but then there is that all star war coming up...
Agreed. Spending my ass. I still have spent $0 on this game (sorry devs. I love KaW but hate spending on free games) and within two months I was rank 300 on allies LB. Then I got stripped took some time off and I'm back. Rank 1000 now. It's not hard to make top 50. Not like othergames.
Are you able to break out if assassinate, steal, scout have equal weighting? Given that you can get more assassinate and scouts in then steal, would be interesting if they were overall equal weighted.
I could have told you that nyn! I was ranked 9 overall about a month ago. That was before I bought the pro-pack. I'm still 24 I think. A lot of it ( in my case) has to do with the amount of steals and assass I have. I'm only around 125 on ally lb. So yes, it is very possible to get high on overall lb without buying nobility. Btw that nyn is one tough dude!
But is the impact from spy wins important because of the weight or because less ppl use spies. Maybe the weight? I would assume other battle LBers already know to spy also. So would it be important to have a spy win regardless of the action or is the action also important?
I was 1st place before Majesty. I spent at the time a total of $70 to get there from buying the pro packs. So it's been done plus XYZ made it without spending a dime.
