He had overrun Mulang and slain the Great King. He had also stolen all the magical elfin power. Now he was the greatest tryant in over 3,000 years. Kabir woke up with a start. He heard voices screaming and arrows whizzing. They were in trouble and the two children had to escape. Fast. He started gathering up a small sword, a bow and a quiver of arrows, and food. Shaya was crying but helping. Feverishly, they sprinted out of the makeshift house and looked at the scene splashed across the landscape. bodies lay everywere.
